• Please provide ample notice if you need to cancel.

• Payment is due immediately upon completion via cash or bank transfer.

• Please make an effort to remove personal items from your vehicle before we begin work.

• Our prices are a guideline. We reserve the right to charge extra for unreasonable levels of soiling, pet hair, vomit, excessive mess, or anything else that requires additional time and effort to rectify.  

• Our insurance dictates that we can only work in suitable locations. We will not work on main roads, public car parks, or any location that poses a safety or damage risk.

• In the event of adverse weather, we always aim to complete the job, but rescheduling may be necessary.

• We require parking for our small van and enough space to fully open all doors on your vehicle.

• We need access to electricity at the arranged location to carry out any work. A plug socket is required unless discussed and can use our own generator!

• We are based in Bedfordshire and travel up to an hour away for our starter packages.

• We charge £20 per extra hour each way for locations beyond an hour's travel time.

• We travel up to 45 minutes away for regular maintenance.

• Further travel arrangements can be negotiated.

• Please take the time to review this information to ensure mutual expectations are met and enable us to provide our service diligently.
