These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the King of Detailing website and our mobile car detailing services. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

King of Detailing is a fully insured mobile car detailing service based in Luton, Bedfordshire. We provide premium detailing services including deep cleans, maintenance cleans, paint correction, and ceramic coatings across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and nationwide.

2. Booking & Appointments

Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, phone (07749 311494), or our online booking system.
A booking is confirmed once we acknowledge it via message or phone call.
We will arrive at the agreed location and time. Please ensure adequate access to your vehicle, a water supply, and an electricity source where possible.
We operate Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

3. Pricing

All prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary depending on the vehicle size, condition, and specific requirements.
A deposit is always required to confirm your booking and secure your appointment slot.
A final quote will be provided before work commences.
We accept payment via cash and bank transfer.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment are free of charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged at the full service price.
We reserve the right to reschedule due to extreme weather conditions that would affect service quality.

5. Our Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not completely satisfied with the results, please contact us within 48 hours of the service and we will address any concerns at no additional cost.

6. Insurance

King of Detailing is fully insured. Our insurance covers any accidental damage that may occur during the detailing process. In the unlikely event of damage, please report it immediately so we can process a claim.

7. Vehicle Condition

Please remove all personal valuables from your vehicle before our arrival.
We are not responsible for any items left in the vehicle.
Any pre-existing damage will be noted before work commences.
Some imperfections (deep scratches, permanent stains, sun damage) may not be fully removable — we will advise you honestly before proceeding.

8. Maintenance Plans

Maintenance clean eligibility requires an initial Deep Clean (valid for 6 months) or Enhance package (valid for 3 years).
Maintenance cleans should be scheduled every 3 to 6 weeks for optimal results.
We reserve the right to adjust maintenance plan terms with reasonable notice.

9. Ceramic Coating Terms

Ceramic coating longevity (12-36 months) depends on maintenance and aftercare.
Following our recommended maintenance plan is necessary to maintain the coating warranty.
The coating does not make your vehicle scratch-proof — it provides enhanced protection against environmental contaminants, UV damage, and minor abrasions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, videos, logos, and design — is the property of King of Detailing and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

While we take every care with your vehicle, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
